It’s almost too much to explain…and certainly too much to convey in a blog post with a few small photos. The fall colors in the Swan Valley at this exact moment are enough to make a guy pretty darn happy. Went up to the cabin with the old man over the weekend to close things up, watch some football and take it all in. Every time I opened my eyes, I kind of freaked out at how stunning the tamaracks are. Add in a dusting of snow on the peaks and you got yourself a regular ‘ol ‘postcard perfect’ scenario.
Can’t wait to get back up there and stare at the hills again.
Mmmmm. good stuff.

Water + Montana = A darn good thing
Over the course of the summer, I have been working with the Montana Water Trust to get them images to coincide with a redesign/relaunch of their Web site. Had a good time getting water-related photos and spending a day in the field with Allison, Katie and Damon. It’s always kind of fun to tag along with someone else as they go about their job. Nothing beats collecting and counting bugs from the depths of a river. Good times
The site should be launched on or about October 31. Check it out at www.montanawatertrust.org.

Jeeps + Beach = A darn good photo shoot
So I know this post is waaaaaay outdated, but bare with me. For the sake of being a good little blogger, today I am going to post a few images from recent projects as well as some recent fun shots.
These images are from a shoot I had in Florence, OR in August for American Expedition Vehicles. It was all around good times. Good weather, good people, good shots, and good fun. Big thanks to Chris, Dave and Ross at AEV for the opportunity. If you are a follower of the Jeep world, you will probably see some of these images poppin’ up in trade mags and at some trade shows.

and this behind-the-scenes gem from Chris at AEV.
